Each course participant will receive ongoing chat support from the trainer until they master applying these skills in context during the first 3 months after completing the course.

This is a fully interactive virtual session conducted by our expert facilitators.
Schedule: 9:00 am – 2:00 pm
Breaks: The session includes two 15-minute comfort breaks to ensure participants remain focused and engaged.
Access: A secure link to the virtual training room will be provided once your booking is confirmed.

In-Person Training: We are pleased to offer on-site training for your team. This can be arranged upon request and will be subject to a travel and accommodation fee.
